The stay was very good and the view was very good. We liked the room very much and the rate was quite good. We felt like we were at home here and I specially thank you, miss Monica and Samriti Sunny ji compromised a lot and treated us very well, Miss Monica ji specially guided me for every single thing due to which my whole family was very happy after coming here. Everything was perfect Yes, here from the hotel to the cleanliness, food and reception, everything was perfect. I recommend it to everyone, if you want to go to visit Mata Vaishno Devi ji, then go to which residency, you will get good staff ***** with the view.

Stay very good and miss Samriti, they treated us very well, some of my friends uploaded some photos yesterday, I specially thank you Miss Monica and Miss Samriti Because of them our journey was very good I don't know whether the rest of the staff is good or not, but I only met Samriti and Monica. The way of talk of both of them seemed quite impressive. ए And I saw Tripadvisor opened, my friend gave the feedback before me, but for this journey and booking, till the check and checkout, I thank Monica and Samriti ji from the bottom of my heart.Thank you for such a wonderful conversation, I am very happy, I will visit here next time

I have stayed in KC residency for almost 5-6 times now. I’m thoroughly impressed by their hospitality, warmth and cooperation. Staff is so warm and welcoming, no matter what time it is. You generally come and leave on odd timings in katra for trek. I'll never forget—during one of my stays with them, after a trek, my husband and I were fast asleep. We almost forgot about our train booking. Not only did they wake us up, but they also packed lunch for us and dropped us at the station so we could catch our train on time. Apart from that their property is also amazing with very comfortable rooms and good horticulture.

I feel very good in any case, whenever I am here I get the vibe like my home, the earlier staff was good, now the new staff is very good, they are quite helpful, Samriti Sunny Monika Sandeep is quite helping She is an employee but I did not understand one thing, the lady in the purple shirt is the manager, by looking at her she looks like a ********, what do I understand, she is doing things cheap and is not cleaning any flaws They do not know how to talk to the guest, they do not have any way of talking, I found their way of talk professionally less cheap, I have only one request, the purple shirt should be a little tight to the lady Who should be trained in the way of talking and professional, their first and last impression can spoil your upcoming business
